30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for web subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Serene, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will review your request for a full refund.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address used for purchase. Include your name, purchase email, approximate purchase date, and the reason for your request.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Paddle. Bank and card processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Renewals and cancellations
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless this policy applies or a refund is required by law.
App store purchases
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by the relevant app store and are subject to that store's refund rules.
