These Terms of Service govern your use of Serene, including our websites, quiz experience, mobile apps, and related services. Serene is operated by Uprise Labs Bilgi Teknolojileri Anonim Sirketi. By using Serene, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Serene is a self-guided wellness and reflection companion. It includes check-ins, personalized recommendations, courses, affirmations, journaling, and related tools. Serene is not medical care, therapy, or emergency support. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Serene. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login details secure, and all activity under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, prices, billing intervals, trial terms, renewal terms, and taxes are shown at checkout before purchase. Web subscriptions are billed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle issues receipts and invoices, processes payments, handles applicable taxes, and manages subscription payments on our behalf.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not usually refund the current paid period unless our Refund Policy applies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Serene, interfere with the service, attempt to access non-public systems, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, upload unlawful content, or use Serene in a way that violates laws or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

Serene content, design, software, graphics, and trademarks are owned by Uprise Labs or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Serene for your own lawful personal use.

Disclaimers

Serene is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific outcomes, or error-free operation. Results may vary.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Uprise Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims related to Serene is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your place of residence.
